🧀 Cheesy Maggi – The Ultimate Student Comfort Food
When you’re tired after classes, low on budget, and super hungry, there’s only one hero that saves the day — Maggi! But today, we’re not making ordinary Maggi. We’re upgrading it into something extra delicious and creamy: Cheesy Maggi.
This quick recipe takes just 10 minutes and turns a simple packet of noodles into a cheesy, comforting bowl of happiness. Perfect for late-night cravings, hostel cooking, or when you just don’t feel like making something complicated.
🛒 Ingredients
1 packet Maggi noodles
1½ cups water
1 cheese slice or 2 tablespoons grated cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion (finely chopped, optional)
1 small capsicum (chopped, optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
👩🍳 Method
Heat butter in a pan on medium flame.
Add chopped onions and capsicum. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft.
Add water and bring it to a boil.
Break the Maggi noodles and add them to the boiling water.
Add the tastemaker and mix well.
Cook for 2–3 minutes until the noodles soften.
Add the cheese slice or grated cheese and mix gently.
Let it melt completely to create a creamy texture.
Sprinkle chili flakes on top for extra flavor.
